Yoga is not just a change of body position. Yoga is much, much more. Although we in the West associate yoga with flexible people who can tie themselves in a pretzel, that is not the meaning of yoga. Yoga consists of 8 branches, the practice of which leads to the true benefits of yoga. Slowly, without even noticing, we become happier, our body is in better shape, we have more patience, we are less influenced by negative people, we get that little moment between stimuli and reactions where we can decide how to react…
We stop being on autopilot and start slowly discovering the world within us, getting to know our body, our mind, and our soul. The world around us is getting new clothes and, although it looks like it did before, we see it differently. We begin to enjoy every day and every breath <3.
What we offer
Each of our lessons consists of a short meditation, pranayama or breathing exercises, stretching, standing asanas or postures, sitting asanas, and lying asanas. We end the class with shavasan where the teacher relaxes each student individually with a short massage.
In addition to regular classes, we offer weekend workshops on various topics, meditation classes, Thai yoga, individual counseling, talks on yogic philosophy, and various lectures by external teachers and interesting people.
